I'm Tommaso, from Genoa living in Florence. I build digital products for founders and companies that need to go live quickly. Apps, MVPs, platforms.
My Story
I started my career at Florence Consulting Group, where I spent two and a half years learning the craft. In May 2019, I joined Tate as Tech Lead, a startup in the electricity and gas energy sector.
I stayed there almost seven years. The last two as CTO, running the team and making product calls. In December 2025, Tate was acquired by Plenitude and then closed, absorbed into the new entity.
My last year there: working shoulder-to-shoulder with Plenitude's Product team. We brought our product development experience into the company. Main focus: exploring how to integrate AI into their workflows.
That experience left my head full of ideas and the drive to put them into practice. In February 2026, I made the leap: freelancer, building products on my own.
That's how productbuild.io was born. Today I work with cutting-edge AI tools and help founders and companies bring their ideas to production in days, not months.

Led the technical team through the startup's growth. Architecture, product roadmap, hiring. In the last two years as CTO, I managed teams and technical strategy. Acquisition and integration with Plenitude in 2025.

My first real-world experience building software for enterprise clients. I learned the fundamentals: writing clean code, working in teams, delivering on deadlines. All while shipping production code on various projects for enterprise clients.
AI IS MY MULTIPLIER._
I'm a Cursor and v0 Ambassador. I use them daily, but I do more than that: I organize events and community for people who want to understand how AI is changing the way we build software.
Power user and community contributor. I organize workshops and events for developers who want to integrate AI into their workflow.
Official ambassador of the v0 by Vercel program. I help developers and designers use AI to prototype and build interfaces.
WHEN I CLOSE MY LAPTOP._
What motivates me most is seeing something I've built make a difference in someone's life. I don't care about code for its own sake: I care about the result.
Music is one of my greatest passions. I collect vinyl. It's one of those passions that has no rational explanation, it simply makes me happy. I DJed for years, then hung up the headphones, but music remains an important part of how I function.
